Thrive gathers stories and relevant data that clarifies the picture of the community being served. When organizations and individuals are made aware of both the relevant partners available and the assets, resources, and challenges of a community, all are empowered to collaborate more effectively.
Identify community resources
To accomplish their goals, cities and organizations need to know how they can partner to build effective coalitions. Thrive identifies community partners based on what population segment they work with, what kind of work they do, and their willingness to work with others. Thrive highlights redundant or unnecessary services as well as identifies areas of neglect in communities.
